About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Real Estate Property Manager to remotely manage a significant portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role demands exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations, from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and operational efficiency of a remote property portfolio, including residential and commercial assets.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, budget preparation, and variance reporting for the portfolio.
- Lead and mentor property management staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management , with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, financial management, and asset management principles.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve property profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience managing remote teams and properties across geographically diverse areas is highly desirable for this remote role.
