Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with technical teams, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and solutions.

- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reporting.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
- Ensure adherence to integration best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement within the systems integration domain and project management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on systems integration projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex integration initiatives involving enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, APIs and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to understand complex system architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
