About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and components for automation solutions.

- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the remote team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material science, and mechatronics.
