About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their innovative team, operating in a remote-first capacity. This role is critical for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable applications that drive our business forward. You will take a lead role in architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from backend services to frontend interfaces. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and best practices.
- Architect and implement efficient database schemas and queries for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Implement and advocate for DevOps practices , including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a culture of high-quality software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development , with a strong portfolio of complex applications.
- Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Expertise in designing and working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
