About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and intuitive Senior Aromatherapist & Wellness Consultant to join their established holistic wellness center in East London . This role involves expertly blending essential oils to create custom therapeutic blends, conducting client consultations to address physical and emotional well-being, and offering guidance on holistic health practices. You will play a key role in enhancing client wellness through the power of aromatherapy, potentially offering remote consultations alongside in-person sessions. This position is perfect for a passionate individual looking to make a significant impact in the Beauty & Wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
- Develop personalized aromatherapy blends using essential oils to address specific needs such as stress relief, sleep improvement, and mood enhancement.
- Educate clients on the safe and effective use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes.
- Create and maintain detailed client records, including consultation notes and blend formulations.
- Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and applications in aromatherapy and holistic wellness.
- Assist in developing wellness programs and workshops, potentially delivering content remotely or in person.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Aromatherapist.
- Advanced certification from a recognized aromatherapy organization (e.g., IFPA, NAHA).
- Strong knowledge of essential oil properties, safety guidelines, and therapeutic applications.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Experience in wellness coaching or consultation is a significant advantage.
- A genuine passion for natural health and the Beauty & Wellness industry.
