About the Role
Our client is seeking an energetic and organized Retail Merchandising Assistant to support the visual presentation and product display within their stores in East London . You will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed attractively according to brand guidelines, helping to create an inviting shopping environment and drive sales. This role requires a hands‑on approach, attention to detail, and a passion for creating appealing retail spaces. You'll play a key part in ensuring our client's brand image is consistently and effectively represented on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure products are well-organized and accessible.
- Update price tags and promotional signage as directed.
- Support the merchandising team with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or visual merchandising support role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual presentation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed in East London.
