About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Remote Youth Program Coordinator to design, manage, and oversee youth development initiatives virtually. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement virtual youth development programs and activities.
- Coordinate online mentorship and skill-building workshops for young people.
- Manage participant recruitment, registration, and ongoing engagement via digital channels.
- Develop and source age-appropriate online educational content and resources.
- Monitor program effectiveness and collect feedback from participants and facilitators.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating or managing youth programs, preferably with a virtual component.
- Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.

- Proficiency with online collaboration tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and video conferencing.
