You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring high-quality placements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles across various industries.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and experience.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the placement process through to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools and platforms to optimize candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Operate effectively within a remote work environment, maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment progress using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar talent acquisition role.
- Demonstrated success in managing a variety of recruitment mandates, with experience in the Eastern Cape market being advantageous.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
