About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations Hygiene Specialist to ensure consistent sanitation and hygiene standards across their distributed operational network. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for all remote operational sites.
- Conduct virtual audits and assessments of facilities and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Create and deliver online training sessions for staff on best practices in sanitation, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor and analyze hygiene-related data, identify trends, and generate reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary contact for remote teams regarding hygiene and sanitation inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with operations managers to implement corrective actions and ensure the effective use of cleaning resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hygiene , sanitation, or environmental health role, preferably with exposure to multi-site or remote operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive compliance through virtual means.
- Excellent virtual communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration software, data analysis tools, and virtual assessment platforms.
- Strong understanding of sanitation principles, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
