Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging digital educational content for early years children (ages 3-6), including interactive lessons, games, worksheets, and videos.
• Ensure all created content is developmentally appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligns with key learning objectives for early childhood.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, graphic artists, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, multimedia educational resources.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging text for lessons, instructions, and explanations.
• Adapt existing curriculum materials into new digital formats.
• Review and test content for accuracy, usability, and effectiveness across different digital platforms.
• Stay current with emerging trends in early childhood education, educational technology, and digital content creation.
• Provide feedback on platform functionality and user experience from an educator's perspective.
• Manage project timelines and deliver content on schedule.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new educational products.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and quality standard across all content produced.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience creating educational content, specifically for early years learners.
• Proven ability to design engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, learning theories, and educational standards (e.g., EYFS, Common Core).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a talent for visual and interactive content design.
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
