Key Responsibilities
- Scout for and assess emerging technologies and innovative solutions relevant to the agricultural sector.

- Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps for the implementation of new technologies.

Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation management, technology development, or strategic roles within the agri‑tech or technology sector.
- Proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and launching new technologies or products.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies impacting agriculture (e.g., AI, IoT, robotics, precision farming).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative, and cross‑functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive innovation initiatives.
