About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical condition, health history, and therapeutic goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific client needs and concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Provide clients with recommendations for self-care and post-treatment routines.
Requirements
- A valid registration or license as a Massage Therapist.
- Proven experience in performing various types of therapeutic massage.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent palpation skills and the ability to adapt techniques to different client needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client comfort and rapport.
