Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions such as production managers, engineers, technicians, and skilled trades.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and industrial space.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates, including industry-specific job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical proficiency, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offer packages and manage the candidate experience throughout the placement process.
- Stay current with trends and demands within the industrial and manufacturing job markets.
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team recruitment targets.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping within the recruitment database.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in relevant roles.
- Good understanding of the skills, qualifications, and certifications required in these industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a fully remote capacity.
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
- Located within reasonable proximity or willing to travel to East London, Eastern Cape for occasional essential meetings.
