About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement a diverse schedule of recreational activities and events.
- Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, volunteers, and part-time staff.
- Promote recreational programs through various marketing channels to maximize participation.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to established protocols.
- Manage program budgets, including supply procurement and fee collection.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and gather feedback to make improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and coordinating recreational programs or events.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of various recreational activities, sports, and arts and crafts.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and community members.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
