You will be responsible for inspecting properties, analyzing market data, and preparing detailed valuation reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of valuation methodologies, and a commitment to providing reliable and impartial assessments within the East London property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Research and analyze market data, comparable sales, and economic factors affecting property values.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate property valuation reports using accepted methodologies.

Requirements

- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload in a hybrid setting.
