About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of youth development programs.
- Develop and implement program work plans and strategies.
- Coordinate the activities of program staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
- Ensure effective communication among program participants, staff, and stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for participants and staff.
- Identify and address program challenges and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings in East London .
