Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT Support Specialist role or similar technical support position.
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
