About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee their manufacturing facilities in East London , specializing in the production of high-volume FMCG products . This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production operations, maintaining stringent quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a diverse operational team, manage production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of excellence and safety within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and efficient production of FMCG goods .
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and control production costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing plant.

Requirements
