Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Manage and maintain logistics planning software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential delays or disruptions.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for enhancement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Planner or in a similar role within transportation or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of route planning software, optimization techniques, and logistics principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or a related field is advantageous.
