Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of major engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed engineering teams, fostering collaboration and accountability in a remote environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of engineering quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on complex engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale engineering initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies relevant to the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and facilitate collaboration in a virtual setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Relevant engineering degree and/or professional project management certification (PMP, PE).
