About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Product Management to lead their product vision and strategy in East London . This senior leadership role is responsible for guiding the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development and launch. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire and lead product teams effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's product vision , strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle , from concept generation and market analysis to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a product leadership role .
- Proven success in launching and scaling successful products in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies , user experience (UX) design principles, and agile development processes.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
