Our client is seeking a proactive Corporate Legal Advisor to join their team in East London .
This role is integral to providing comprehensive legal support for the company's corporate activities, including governance, compliance, and commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, shareholder matters, and board directives.
