About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, and daily tasks.
- Assist in leading, training, and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards and operational protocols.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role is required.
