Our client is seeking a meticulous Architectural Drafter to join their established firm in East London . In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise architectural drawings and construction documents under the guidance of architects and technologists. Your work will be crucial in translating design concepts into detailed plans that guide the construction process. This position is ideal for an individual with strong technical drafting skills and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation for a range of building projects. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software. Assist in the creation of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and engineers. Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper archiving of project documentation. Coordinate with team members to ensure drawings are consistent and integrated with other disciplines. Requirements
Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit is a plus. Strong understanding of architectural drafting conventions and symbols. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
