About the Role

This role is critical in optimizing the performance of our competitive e-sports teams across various titles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training methodologies, focusing on in-game strategy, player psychology, team cohesion, and peak performance conditioning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of competitive gaming, analytical skills, and a proven ability to coach and mentor e-sports athletes to achieve championship-level success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic training plans tailored to individual e-sports athletes and teams.
- Analyze gameplay, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable feedback to enhance player and team effectiveness.
- Implement structured practice routines, focusing on skill development, strategic execution, and team coordination.
- Work closely with team managers and analysts to optimize team composition and in-game decision-making.
- Address player psychology, including managing stress, maintaining focus, and fostering resilience under pressure.
- Develop and implement physical and mental conditioning programs to support peak performance and prevent burnout.
- Conduct VOD (Video on Demand) reviews and provide detailed performance critiques.
- Stay abreast of meta shifts, new strategies, and emerging trends within the competitive e-sports landscape.
- Mentor and guide players to foster professional growth, discipline, and a winning mentality.
- Collaborate on player recruitment and talent identification processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching or managing professional or high-level amateur e-sports teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing winning strategies and improving team performance in competitive gaming.
- In-depth understanding of multiple e-sports titles and their competitive ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and gameplay metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing coaching software, performance tracking tools, and communication platforms.
- Understanding of sports psychology, peak performance conditioning, and team dynamics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate team schedules and tournament play.
- A passion for e-sports and a commitment to professional athlete development.
- Experience in remote team management and virtual coaching environments is highly desirable.
