About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR information systems.
- Assist in coordinating HR-related events and training programs.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Requirements
- A strong interest in human resources and people management.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Pursuing or holding a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
