About the Role

You will support senior buyers in sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers, playing a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior buyers with the creation and processing of purchase orders.
- Source potential suppliers and gather competitive quotes under guidance.
- Help maintain supplier information and procurement records accurately.
- Track order status and communicate with suppliers regarding delivery timelines.
- Support the team in resolving basic queries related to orders and invoices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Some exposure to or an internship in a purchasing or administrative role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
