Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior HR role, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Expert knowledge of South African labor legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
