Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner , with a focus on operational or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of South African labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
