This role serves as a key liaison between the HR department and operational leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. You will provide expert advice on talent management, performance, organizational development, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR plans.
- Advise on talent management, including succession planning and workforce development.
- Support performance management processes and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Collaborate on organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose solutions to business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR function.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
