About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital efforts from their East London office. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drives customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign targets.
- Analyze digital marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
