This role is centered on conceptualizing and developing innovative architectural designs that respond to the unique context and requirements of each project. You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic direction and functional integrity of new constructions and renovations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design process, developing innovative and context-sensitive architectural solutions.
- Create compelling design presentations, including sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure design intent is realized throughout the construction documentation and execution phases.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.
- Ensure designs comply with local planning policies and building regulations in East London .
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing significant design contributions.
- Expert proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and technically sound design concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
