Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer engagement , customer service, or similar role.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based tasks.
