About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory research to develop new chemical products and processes.

- Develop and optimize reaction conditions, synthesis routes, and purification methods.
- Perform literature surveys and stay updated on the latest scientific advancements in the field.
- Collaborate with chemists, engineers, and technicians to advance research projects.
- Prepare technical reports, research proposals, and presentations on findings.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- Proven experience in chemical research and development, preferably in product or process innovation.
- Strong understanding of organic chemistry, reaction kinetics, and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage research projects independently.
