Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouse managers, and internal teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and reduce holding costs, ensuring product availability.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supply chain changes and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and technologies.
- Monitor and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels across distribution centers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
