About the Role
Our client is seeking an inventive and dedicated AI Research Scientist to contribute to their dynamic AI & Emerging Technologies team in Tembisa. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into practical applications and products.

- Contribute to grant proposals and research strategy development.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated track record of impactful research and publications in reputable venues.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks.
- Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and mathematical foundations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
