What you’ll be doing

  • Support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
  • Support end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Set up systems, transfer client data, and ensure everything is accurate.
  • Test solutions and validate data to make sure it matches client requirements.
  • Join customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos.
  • Create clear documentation and support handovers to operational teams.
  • Learn and apply payroll processes and legislation (full training provided).
