What you’ll be doing
- Support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
- Support end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process.
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
- Set up systems, transfer client data, and ensure everything is accurate.
- Test solutions and validate data to make sure it matches client requirements.
- Join customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos.
- Create clear documentation and support handovers to operational teams.
- Learn and apply payroll processes and legislation (full training provided).
