- Presenting property, facilities, and financial updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
We're seeking an experienced facilities leader with a proven track record managing complex corporate environments and multi-site operations. You'll bring:
- Significant leadership experience within facilities management, workplace services, or corporate real estate.
- Experience leading facilities operations across multiple locations and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, statutory compliance, risk management, and governance.
- Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiations, procurement, and service delivery frameworks.

- Strong understanding of building services and how they support business operations.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A proactive, data-driven approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
