This full‑time permanent role supports the Personal Banking department’s debit and credit card operations and provides back‑office assistance to branches. The incumbent will focus on mortgage intermediaries, student prime customers, MI production, and marketing materials to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive risks.
- Prepare and present regular Management Information (MI) and reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to Senior Management.
- Produce high‑quality documentation around local UK policy and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and retail branches to create marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Collaborate with Head Office and the BOC Group network for cross‑border marketing initiatives.
- Create and review customer‑facing documents and marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for responding to memos, requests, and inquiries from Head Office, Senior Management, and other stakeholders regarding mortgage intermediaries and student prime offering.
- Develop a suitable control framework for risk management in assigned duties.
- Support branches and other departments with inquiries and completion of reports.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer service role within the financial services or banking industry.
- Knowledge of retail banking products is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
