Workflow Automation Engineer (London Area)

We’re working with an external automation partner and looking to hire a technically sharp, early-career specialist to join us. This person will collaborate with the partner and, over time, take full ownership of our internal automation systems.We believe Clay will play a big part of this role, and willing to support and pay for Clay certifications where applicable. This is more of a no-code, low-code kind of role, we are looking for someone with technical aptitude and curiosity.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with our external automation agency to implement and maintain workflowsLearn and eventually own the use of Clay for lead generation and workflow automation (we will fund your certification and training)Connect and optimise systems across tools such as n8n, Airtable, Instantly, Maildoso, and RapidBuild and maintain low-code automation workflows that support marketing, sales, and deliveryWork directly with the sales and marketing teams to identify problems and deliver practical automation solutionsTrack performance and continuously improve workflows to drive ROIWhat We’re Looking ForStrong technical skills and a problem-solving mindsetSome experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or workflow automation (can be personal, educational, or professional)A background in computer science or similar field, or relevant commercial experienceCuriosity and a clear interest in the intersection of tech, marketing, and salesEagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of your workWhy Join Us?Autonomy from day one, with support from an experienced agencyA chance to become the most technical person in a fast-growing businessFunded training and certifications in Clay and other toolsA practical, results-first culture that values real outcomes over buzzwords
