This is your chance to be part of an exciting new team build for a global pharmaceutical company, using multi-channel technologies to further your career as a pharmaceutical representative in a remote setting.
The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position is working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. You will engage with relevant hospital formulary teams, clarify and capture formulary processes, timelines and implementation plans whilst raising awareness and identifying key clinical formulary champions and secure access for the product.
The role will involve you making calls over the telephone and using our digital platforms to have discussions with healthcare professionals within this specialist care environment.
Working with Bionical (What you’ll get):
In a remote setting our salaries and benefits package are competitive. We work in a coaching culture and there will always be an opportunity to progress. You will be supported throughout by your line manager (they love coaching people and making you the best versions of yourself). We are a fun, supportive and dynamic business, that puts our people first.
The Person (You):
This is where we get down to business. Proven experience of working in a hospital sales role, ideally within oncology, haematology or specialty care. Demonstrated success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions with strong understanding of NHS structure, including access pathways and funding flows would be preferable. If you have already worked within pharmaceutical sales and are experienced in remote selling, we want to hear from you. Tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are all key traits we look for in our remote representatives.
Our remote multichannel sales function drives results for our clients, often outperforming their field-based counterparts, so not only do you get to boast a great performance, but you also get to do it from the comfort of your own home.
