Mondrian Alpha has partnered with a leading Hedge Fund, seeking a Tax Analyst to join its growing Tax team in London. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognised firm, supporting tax compliance, process improvements, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class tax management and reporting. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to work alongside leading professionals in the Hedge Fund space and gain broad exposure, including partnering directly with investment professionals and senior stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting with tax compliance, and providing analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Tax Analyst will be responsible for corporate tax compliance, indirect tax (VAT) filings, withholding tax processes, and transfer pricing reviews.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualification tax experience, ideally gained in-house within a financial services firm or at a leading accountancy firm. We are looking for qualified accountants (ACA or equivalent) with strong academics. It is important to have exposure to financial services firms, and hedge fund exposure is highly desirable.
