Are you an experienced Solution Design Manager looking to join a well known, growing global 3PL provider? Reporting into the Head of Solutions you will lead a team of Solution Design Managers. This role will be accountable for creating, developing and presenting innovative warehouse solutions with both existing and new customers. You will bring both automation and manual warehouse layouts and concepts to life. You will be involved in producing and taking part in proposals for customers as well as supporting the team to support new business proposals.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Solution Design Manager
- WMS Knowledge
- A proven track record of running a tendering process from end to end
- Strong understanding of industry trends and the market
- Previous experience with warehouse modelling tools such as Auto CAD
- Ability to work with people at all levels from Senior Management to the Warehouse team
- Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
