About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to aid our client for an initial 3-month contract during the discovery phase of a major transformation programme. This is a high-impact role suited to a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, and a strong understanding of HR and Finance integration.
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central.
- Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, and master data.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC/S4HANA) and alignment of company codes.
- Maintain data consistency across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors platforms.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline and optimise HR processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including user ID mismatches and integration gaps.
- Support the setup and configuration of the Payroll Control Center.
- Deliver insights through reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and related HR modules.
- Solid understanding of SAP Finance integration and data architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, discovery-led environment.
