My client is a successful Managed Service Provider based in the North West, Wigan / Bolton area, looking to further strengthen their infrastructure team. As an experienced 3rd Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and advancing our clients' technology infrastructure.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- DNS & Email Security
- Network Management
- Hands-On Work
- Microsoft 365 Migrations
- Active Directory & GPO
Ideally, you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years in a 3rd Line Support or similar position, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management.
- Proficiency in DNS management and configuring DMARC, DKIM, and SPF for email security.
- Solid understanding of networking, including firewalls and VLANs.
- Ability to use basic power tools for basic infrastructure installations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations from Google Workspace and GoDaddy.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
