Senior Employment CounselA leading global business is seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to join their business. You will sit across a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and HR teams on complex legal issues in the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities:Provide practical legal advice to senior leadership, HR, and operational teams on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, both in the UK and globally.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across various jurisdictions.Advise on TUPE implications for outsourcing projects, restructuring, and international expansion.Support senior leaders in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.Lead and collaborate on employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.Deliver training to HR business partners and managers on key employment law issues.Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes and their impact on the business.Manage relationships with external counsel and drive cost-effective legal solutions.About You:You have 6+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained in-house or within a leading law firm.You have a strong understanding of both UK and international employment law.You are a practical, solution-oriented lawyer with a proven track record of working with senior business leaders.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.If this role is of interest to you please click apply.
