I am delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm to support the recruitment of a Senior Commercial Pricing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Head of Pricing, collaborating with Partners, Business Development, Client Solutions, and Technology teams to shape and deliver innovative pricing proposals that maximise value for both the Firm and its clients.

The Senior Commercial Pricing Manager will bring expert knowledge of diverse pricing models across legal, professional, and technology solutions, including outcomes-based and hybrid pricing structures. You will lead on complex, high-value opportunities, including direct client negotiations, business case validation and managing commercial risk.

A key part of the role involves supporting Partners with commercial input on client pitches, articulating value and financial benefits—often across international jurisdictions. The role also involves in-depth client and market analysis to inform pricing decisions, re-price framework agreements and developing pricing strategies aligned with firm and client goals.

Close collaboration with business development, marketing and finance is essential, alongside ongoing performance monitoring to ensure pricing models deliver profitability and value.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years’ experience pricing high-value, complex deals, including significant exposure to international transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions. They will also bring at least two years of client-facing experience, working directly with Partners to support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
