Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38/48k. Previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as Sabre knowledge ideally, but they will cross train from another GDS.
Business travel touring specialist duties:
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
- Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role.
- Prioritise workload, delivering within given deadlines.
- Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met.
- Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.
Business travel touring specialist skills required:
- Touring or production experience is a must.
- Sabre knowledge ideally but they will cross train.
- Happy if you are based anywhere in the UK.
- Hours of work can be 9am to 6pm, or if you prefer to start later and finish later this is not a problem.
- Strong issues, ticketing and refunds experience.
