We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join one of Brookson’s top-performing business development teams. Based in the South, this field-based role blends new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while driving commercial success.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and dormant clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting clients face-to-face, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients (existing and dormant), developing relationships to maximise revenue potential
- Identify new prospects and extend account knowledge through research, outbound calls, and in-person meetings
- Manage your diary and arrange meetings to introduce Brookson's services to new and existing clients
- Segment, qualify, and prioritise client portfolios, maintaining a robust and strategic contact plan
- Attend industry networking and hospitality events to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven outbound calling and lead generation experience
- At least 2 years of field sales experience or demonstrable success in a desk-based sales role and ready to make the step into field sales
- Demonstrated experience in researching, mapping, and nurturing new business opportunities
- A self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
