SAP S/4HANA HCM ConsultantDay Rate: £645 (Inside IR35)Location: London (with travel to Reading, paid)Working Pattern: Hybrid (60%–80% onsite depending on project phase)Start Date: 18th June 2025End Date: 28th November 2025Clearance: Must be a British national eligible for SC clearanceWe’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a key transformation programme, supporting the design, build, test, and deployment of HCM functionality. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead key solution design decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement SAP HCM solutions for improved operational performance.Lead the delivery of core HR processes including Time Booking and Mini-Master data.Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and workshops.Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.Maintain thorough documentation in line with compliance and project needs.Required Skills & Experience:Expert knowledge of SAP HCM – Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Timesheet.Experience with SAP Workflow Approvals and HR Mini-Master integration.Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project Systems integration.Background in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) is preferred.Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.Interested?Please send your CV directly to me at harry@paritasrecruitment.comAlternatively, you can reach me via LinkedIn or call +44 7702 946 250 for a chat.
